Overview
In this Cyber Technology Consultant role, you act as a highly technical advisor for Rockwell Automation’s cyber offerings, shaping scope and benefits for customers. You will support pre-sales activities and act as a trusted advisor to sales and the channel across a defined European geography. Your focus is SecureOT Platform capabilities, demos, and value propositions, translating technical details into customer-forward solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to move opportunities toward quotes and successful deployments. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines deep product expertise with strategic pre-sales impact.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and articulate SecureOT Platform capabilities to customers
- Lead early-cycle customer meetings to present platform features
- Address technical and commercial questions with deep expertise for demos and value proofs
- Coordinate with sellers, application consultants and proposal teams to route information to the right RA teams
- Expand technical knowledge across SecureOT Platform and the full solution suite
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field (or equivalent)
- 2+ years in pre-sales, direct sales, or consulting in a technical/engineering context
- Understanding of Rockwell Automation technology value; knowledge of PLCs, drives, software, networks
- Strong technical leadership and customer-facing communication skills
- Fluency in English; native language proficiency
- Experience with OT cybersecurity offerings is a plus
