Job Description The benefits team is a part of the Global Total Rewards function within HR and is necessary in supporting the attraction, and retention of company talents. You will support strategic development, implementation and maintenance of our benefit programmes including retirement plans, life and disability insurance, medical insurance, flexible benefits and wellbeing programmes. You will report to the EMEA regional benefits manager. Responsibilities Participate in the strategic development of benefits, retirement and wellbeing strategy. Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and your partners to ensure that all plans are compliant with regulations and company policies. Lead implementation and project manage implementation of new programmes and plan design changes. Analyse programme use, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of existing programmes. Help develop all benefits, retirement and wellbeing communications Good literacy skills (grammar, spelling, ability to proofread). Understanding of communication strategy: messaging, style, branding, tactics. Organise and present content logically, and ensure completeness of content, maintaining documents to keep current. Ensure familiarity with company procedures. Apply policies in compliance with government laws. Support benefits processes such as renewal, survey participation, and second tier benefits query escalation. Help create business cases for benefits implementation in Europe, Middle East and Africa (market benchmark, research of legal requirements, cost estimations) Following our goals Provide customer service to relevant partners (e.g. employees, internal partners, external vendors) Essentials – You Will Have 5 years of demonstrated benefits and retirement plan management experience, in a multinational/global organisation , including at least 3 years of HR experience in the UK market. Bachelor\\\’s Degree in business administration, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent experience. Experience managing and protecting confidential data. Prior experience managing outsourced vendors. Negotiation experience, building positive relations with works councils and unions. Involvement with mergers/acquisitions/divestitures due diligence and integration. Experience with project management, SharePoint, Teams. Preferred – You Might Also Have Knowledge of EMEA benefit plan laws and regulations. Fluent in statistics and market trends. Expertise in developing successful relationships with internal/external partners. High-level Excel skills. Execution capabilities. Anticipate and resolve challenges. Problem-solving attitude.
