The predicted salary is between 35000 - 50000 € per year.

As a fully qualified Independent Financial Advisor at rockwealth, you will have the responsibility for the ongoing development of client relationships, in line with regulatory standards, and their personal goals. You will shadow the advising Directors, fully participate in client meetings and handle research, analysis and reporting tasks. We believe this to be a fantastic development opportunity for the right person with full exposure to the business and a close working relationship with the Directors and clients. You will be provided with personal mentoring and support towards any further qualification and career development. There is a small client bank to start working with and opportunities to speak with potential new clients. This work will initially be done alongside analysis and report writing.

Accountabilities

  • To help grow a sustainable, compliant business that positively represents the rockwealth brand and is based on providing investment options in line with an evidence based methodology.
  • To provide informed, insightful, and sound advice to clients that considers their own individual circumstances, needs, and investment goals.
  • To ensure the business operates in a compliant manner that is consistent with the FCA and PRA regulatory standards.
  • Offering a high-value, personal service in order to develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients, leading to a high level of client retention and new business referrals.
  • To thoroughly prepare for new business and review meetings, ensuring client investment reports give insight into cash flow, forecasting, and investment performance allowing them to make fully informed investment decisions.
  • To conduct relevant follow up activity including detailed analysis and report writing.
  • To invest in your personal and professional development by ensuring that you complete a minimum of 35 hours of CPD per year, 21 of which must be at structured, authorised events.
  • You will also have a commitment to achieving Chartered status if not already held.
