A Rockwater waiter/waitress is a proactive, cheerful team player, passionate about the hospitality industry. Develop a deep understanding of our menu, beverages, and service standards to provide knowledgeable assistance to guests. Learn the Rockwater ‘waves’ of service and apply these service standards to each guest. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of dishes to the guests' tables, maintaining the highest level of order accuracy. Uphold impeccable cleanliness and organisation in all assigned areas, contributing to a welcoming and efficient dining environment. Assist in the opening, operation, and closing procedures, consistently meeting our stringent standards. Prioritise safety at all times, both for yourself and others, promptly addressing any potential hazards or concerns in the restaurant and following strict allergen procedures. Work closely with all staff members to foster strong customer relationships and cultivate loyal regular guests. Be open to fulfilling any reasonable requests from management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success. Proactively promote and upsell menu items, offering suggestions to guests to enhance the guest experience.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year experience as a waiter in a high volume venue.
