Rockwater is a growing collection of hospitality venues and outlets across the beautiful South Coast. Our portfolio includes two, soon to be three remarkable beachfront venues, and an array of shacks catering to those with a taste for on-the-go indulgence. Rockwater Sandbanks is now under construction, as our third beachfront venue set to open early summer 2024.
A Rockwater Shacks Team Member is a proactive, cheerful team player, with a passion for the hospitality industry. You will focus on exceeding the expectations of the customer, and providing the best possible experience, incorporating Rockwater standards of service requirements at all times.
- Maintain complete knowledge of the shacks menu and what is on offer.
- Ensure the take away hot and cold drinks, cocktails, and wine are presented according to Rockwater standards.
- Being aware of and following the correct allergy procedure at all times.
- Maintain relevant shack stock levels at all times.
- Ensure all shack equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
- Minimise wastage at all times and record appropriately.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current licensing laws and ensure these are adhered to.
- Use the POS system correctly to place orders and take payment ensuring all checks are correct and all items are charged at the correct price.
- To have a thorough understanding of the F&B systems operating within Rockwater.
- Adhere to opening and closing checklists.
- To deliver the “Rockwater Experience” to all guests by following our Waves of Service standards.
- Compliance with legal requirements under the Health & Safety Act 1974 and food hygiene.
- Maximising sales opportunities throughout Rockwater by upselling to guests where appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year’s customer facing experience.
