Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food to Rockwater's high standards.
- Maintain exceptional food hygiene and health & safety practices.
- Ensure stock is well managed and minimise food waste.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and fully operational.
- Work closely with the wider team to provide fast, friendly service.
- Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency.
