You will be responsible for supporting team scheduling and completion of deliverables, managing both planned work such as scheduling and QA planning, and dealing with ad‑hoc issues and problem solving across all stages of the project from pre‑production to final release.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support assigned teams by coordinating day‑to‑day production activities and delivering tasks assigned by the Senior Producer.
  • Track sprint tasks, milestone deliverables, and bugs; follow up on dependencies to ensure developers can deliver on time, escalating risks and issues to Leads and Senior Production.
  • Support milestone build delivery, including coordination of developers for final bug fixes; liaise with Producers during branch management to ensure fixes are reviewed and published correctly.
  • Work with Leads to maintain healthy sprint and milestone backlogs; confirm estimates, update tasks, and clarify deliverable descriptions.
  • Ensure all new tasks are logged in the backlog in the required format in a timely manner and task tracking tools are maintained and kept up‑to‑date.
  • Support Leads with milestone and release planning and documentation.
  • Partner with QA and the Senior Producer to ensure your team’s deliverables are tested, test plans are scheduled appropriately, and requirements meetings are followed correctly.
  • Monitor deliverable status with Leads and component owners, ensuring review processes are followed and completed on time and to quality standards.
  • Support dependency planning with Leads and Producers, ensuring dependencies are captured and accounted for in schedules and asset management tools.
  • Facilitate effective meetings with clear agendas, accurate minutes, and timely distribution of actions and decisions.

Skill Requirements

  • AAA development experience, including hands‑on involvement in pre‑alpha production stages.
  • Experience contributing to and improving development processes, creating and maintaining long‑term plans and dependency processes on complex game projects and identifying and resolving systemic production issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, dependencies, and long‑term plans in a fast‑paced environment, maintaining clear tracking and meeting deadlines.
  • Confidence using production and tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Perforce (or similar), plus strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and web‑based documentation tools.
  • Passionate about game development, with an understanding of common development methodologies, change management, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Programming or scripting experience is a bonus.
