Rocksteady Music School Limited is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator for a maternity cover based in Birmingham.

The role sits in the Operations team, providing administrative and operational support to Band Leaders and scheduling lessons for the cover team.

Duties include responding to staff queries, managing on-the-day and advance notice cover, meeting SLAs and KPIs, and acting as a bridge between teaching staff and office teams.

Shifts include 6am-2pm (WFH), 8am-4pm, and 9am-5pm.
