Rocksteady Music School Limited in Birmingham is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator on a maternity cover basis.
Based in our Birmingham office, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Band Leaders and scheduling team to ensure smooth delivery of lessons.
Shifts run 6am–2pm (WFH), 8am–4pm and 9am–5pm, and you will respond to staff queries, manage cover bookings, and help meet monthly KPIs.
