Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking energetic, motivated, and career-focused Plumbers to perform onsite installations and maintenance in residential homes. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Journeyman certification or apprentice status.
  • Experience with residential plumbing service calls, water treatment, troubleshooting, and water heaters (tanks, tankless, and boilers).
  • Hydronic/boiler experience is a plus.
  • A proven track record in diagnosing and servicing residential units.
  • In-depth understanding of provincial plumbing codes and standards.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A positive, accountable, and responsible attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • A clean criminal background check and a safety-conscious attitude.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform plumbing inspections, installations, and maintenance in residential homes.
  • Provide customers with expert advice on products and services.
  • Never recommend repairs the customer doesn’t need.
  • Maintain a clean and fully stocked vehicle and professional appearance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development.
  • Be a mentor and learn from other team members.
  • Ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction on every call.
  • Contribute to maintaining a high standard of health and safety.
