We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Farm Manager to lead a modern, forward-thinking organisation and take responsibility for the management of a 6,000-acre farming enterprise. The role offers the opportunity to lead a large-scale operation committed to regenerative agriculture, sustainable land stewardship, and the effective use of modern agricultural technology.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational, financial, and strategic management of the farm.
- Work to achieve the goals set out within the farm business plan while ensuring the business runs efficiently, profitably, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Farm Manager or in a senior farming leadership role.
- Strong commitment to regenerative agriculture, sustainable land stewardship, and the use of modern agricultural technology.
- Ability to lead large-scale, multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex operations.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to implement farm business plans and drive performance.
