What Will I Be Doing?

What Experience Do I Need?
- 3 - 4 years' experience in travel management / Business Travel, ideally experience handling high-profile entertainment / Music clients or Sports Clients.
- Expertise in Galileo GDS, including complex booking modifications, reissues, and refunds.
- A proven track record in client management - delivering outstanding service to VIP customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills - the ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
