Our client is looking for a Travel Operations Specialist to join their dedicated team. You will play an essential role in delivering seamless travel experiences for clients by managing bookings, coordinating with suppliers, and preparing detailed travel documents for their Asia department.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Work with travel consultants and external suppliers to ensure bookings are accurate and services are secured.
- Conduct quality checks on client itineraries and prepare final travel documents.
- Manage administrative tasks such as ticket preparation, assembling trip documents, and dispatching to clients.
- Provide operational support for customer service and group tour administration.
- This is purely an administration role - there is no external customer contact.
What Experience Do I Need?
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
- Experience in data entry or similar administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- A passion for travel and delivering excellent customer service.
- Independent travel to South East Asia would be a preference.

- Salary: £26000 - £28500 plus discretionary annual bonus.
