This is a fully remote position for an experienced travel consultant who knows these destinations inside out and thrives on creating unforgettable journeys for their clients.

North America / Canada Travel Consultant – what will I be doing?
- Designing bespoke holidays throughout the USA and Canada, using your destination knowledge to craft memorable itineraries.
- Converting enquiries into bookings by listening carefully, advising with confidence, and delivering a truly personal service.
- Managing the full sales cycle – from first enquiry through to after-sales care.
- Building strong relationships with both direct customers and trade partners.
- Using a GDS system to quote and book flights as part of your packages.
- Working with energy, focus, and enthusiasm to exceed your targets.
North America / Canada Travel Consultant – what experience do I need?
- Proven experience selling holidays to North America and/or Canada.
- Confident user of a GDS (ideally Galileo) for flight bookings.
- A strong sales record with the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with a customer-first approach.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for travel and a love for helping people discover new places.
North America / Canada Travel Consultant – what else do I need to know?
Fully remote role, open to applicants anywhere in the UK.
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri 9–5.30 or 10–6.30; one Saturday in three 10–4).
Package OTE £42,000, with top earners significantly exceeding this.
