We are recruiting on behalf of a highly exciting client operating right at the heart of the entertainment and touring world. They are looking for a Travel Operations Manager who cannot only keep complex travel running seamlessly, but also step back and make the whole operation work better.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with 3 days a week in their London office — perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on but also wants to shape how things are done.
What will I be doing?- Owning end-to-end travel for artists, crew and production teams
- Pulling together complex itineraries across multiple moving parts
- Stepping in when plans change and keeping everything on track
- Leading and supporting a small travel function or team
- Improving processes, workflows and ways of working across the travel operation
- Bringing structure, consistency and smarter ways of doing things in a fast-paced environment
- Strong travel operations background, ideally within entertainment, touring or events
- Confident using Galileo GDS
- Experience balancing hands-on delivery with team or operational oversight
- Someone who spots inefficiencies and naturally looks to improve them
- Calm, practical and solutions-focused when things get busy (which they will)
- Full-time role
