We’re working with a leading travel management company known for exceptional service and strong client relationships. They’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join their team and support a portfolio of corporate clients. This is a fantastic step for someone from a Business Travel Consultant background who enjoys building relationships and delivering service that makes a difference. This is a great first step into Account Management.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a small portfolio of corporate clients - you will be the first point of contact
- 75% of your time will be making bookings
- 25% of your time will be working with the client to improve service - running reports, checking quality reviews etc.
- Providing a consistently high standard of service
- Supporting regular review meetings and account engagement
- Spotting opportunities to enhance service and retain business
- Collaborating with consultants and internal teams
What you’ll bring:
- It is essential that you have over 3 years’ Business travel consultancy experience
- Confident communication and great attention to detail
- Good Commercial Acumen
