We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist, award-winning education travel business that designs tailor-made school trip programmes to a carefully selected range of global destinations. This is a lovely opportunity for an organised, detail-driven Product Executive to support the ongoing development and day-to-day management of a varied product portfolio, working closely with product and contracts leadership in a collaborative team environment.

What will I be doing?

  • Supporting the Product and Contracts team with the smooth day-to-day running of the portfolio
  • Spotting opportunities for new trip ideas and helping bring them to life
  • Keeping key product information organised, accurate and up to date (including internal guides)
  • Helping coordinate sustainability and responsible travel activity across the team
  • Assisting with reservation system setup and troubleshooting product-loading queries
  • Being the go-to for Sales and Operations when product questions come up
  • Supporting internal product training and sharing updates clearly
  • Keeping an eye on the market and competitors, and feeding insights back into the team
  • Maintaining good supplier relationships and supporting ongoing communication

What experience do I need?

  • Ideally, you’ll already have some travel industry experience in a Product Administrator / Product Support type role
  • That said, we’re also open to applications from recent graduates who are keen to build a career in travel and learn fast
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail (you’ll enjoy keeping things accurate and well structured)
  • Confident communicator who’s happy working with different teams and suppliers
  • Comfortable with Microsoft 365, especially Excel (sorting, checking and working with data)
  • A proactive, helpful approach and the confidence to take ownership of tasks and follow them through

What else do I need to know?

  • Location: Dorking, Surrey (hybrid working – part office-based, part remote)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (some flexibility available on start/finish times)
  • 23 days holiday rising to 29 with service, One paid volunteering day, BUPA Health Cash Plan, Discounted staff travel and a really lovely office environment.
