Business Travel Consultant – What will I be doing?
You will be working with the best team, technology and training to provide exceptional levels of service to travellers and travel bookers. You will be focused on building relationships whilst providing a ‘high-touch’ service. Service is everything here so everything will be tailored to each client’s specific need. You will be delivering cost effective solutions across all aspects of travel.
Business Travel Consultant - What experience do I need?
It is essential that you are fluent in Italian and English and have experience in a Business Travel Consultant role with exceptional levels of customer service. This pace is fast and you must be comfortable working under pressure. We are looking for team players who really care about what they do and put the customer at the heart of everything.
Business Travel Consultant – What else do I need to know?
This is a full-time role working either from the London office in a hybrid capacity or you can be fully remote in the UK. The opening hours are from 8.30-6.00 - it is a standard 37.5 hour working week so 3 shift patterns 0830-1700/0900-1730/0930-1800. As well as a competitive basic salary there is an annual bonus, private health, life assurance, good holiday allowance with the ability to buy more holiday and more. They have a fabulous reputation.
