We are recruiting on behalf of a growing travel business who are looking to expand their operations team with the addition of experienced Business Travel Operations Agents. This is a fully remote role supporting corporate travellers within a fast-paced and evolving business travel environment, assisting clients who are booking through online systems and booking tools.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining traditional business travel skills with a varied operational support role.
Business Travel Operations Agent β what will I be doing?- Supporting corporate travellers with booking queries via phone, email and live chat
- Managing more complex or offline bookings using Sabre, including amendments, reissues and troubleshooting
- Acting as a key point of contact for booking support and general travel assistance
- Assisting clients who are booking through online systems, stepping in when additional support is needed
- Working across multiple channels within a busy operational environment
- Supporting wider operational and administrative processes where required
- Maintaining accurate records and working within agreed service levels
- Assisting with queue management, refunds and general booking administration
- Previous experience within a Business Travel/TMC environment, ideally 5+ years
- Strong Sabre knowledge is essential
- Comfortable working across calls, live chat and email support
- Confident managing complex itineraries, changes and problem solving
- Able to prioritise workload and work independently in a remote role
- Experience using online booking tools or corporate travel technology would be beneficial
- A proactive and organised approach with excellent customer service skills
- Fully remote role based in the UK
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm
- One weekend day required every 6 weeks with a day off in lieu during the week
