Our client is a highly successful and ambitious independent corporate travel management company looking for an experienced Travel Technology Specialist to take ownership of their travel technology environment. This is a fully remote role based in the UK and offers the opportunity to become the company's travel technology expert, supporting the continued development, integration and optimisation of its travel systems.
Working closely with operational teams and third-party technology providers, you'll play a key role in ensuring the business's technology continues to support its ambitious growth plans.
What will I be doing?
- Taking ownership of the company's travel technology environment, including Sabre, Atriis and back-office systems.
- Investigating and resolving system, interface and data flow issues.
- Working with third-party technology providers to troubleshoot technical issues and improve system functionality.
- Managing travel technology projects from concept through to implementation.
- Supporting the development of reporting and management information tools.
- Reviewing existing processes and identifying opportunities to improve automation and operational efficiency.
- Ensuring supplier content, booking data and customer information are flowing accurately between systems.
