Our client is an award-winning travel management company looking for an experienced Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant to join their growing Corporate Travel team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Travel Consultant who enjoys working independently, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service when clients need it most.
What will I be doing?
- Managing business travel bookings outside normal office hours.
- Booking and amending flights, hotels, rail, car hire and other travel arrangements.
- Providing emergency assistance and support to business travellers and repatriation clients.
- Working closely with the daytime team to ensure a seamless handover and exceptional customer service.
- Resolving complex travel issues quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining a calm and professional approach.
- Building strong relationships with clients and delivering an outstanding level of service at all times.
What experience do I need?
- Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant is essential.
- Experience using a GDS is essential (Galileo, Amadeus or similar).
- Excellent worldwide geography and airfare knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
