Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant This large Travel Group are looking for experienced Business Travel Consultants to join them in the role of an Out of Hours Travel Consultant role. Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant – What will I be doing? The 24/7 Travel Consultant role is a customer focused position coordinating the accurate, timely and qualitative provision of a fully comprehensive travel service 24/7. You will be delivering provision of travel services outside of core office hours including weekends and bank holidays. You will provide support to travellers in urgent or emergency travel situations. Coordinate and book all travel reservations for any customer by email, telephone, or technology products used by customers. Complete handovers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
