Their Out of Hours team is expanding, and they’re looking for a seasoned Part-Time Business Travel Consultant to deliver expert support during evenings and weekends. Part-Time Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant – What Will I Be Doing?

You’ll be part of a specialist team providing expert travel solutions outside of standard business hours. Handling urgent bookings, last-minute changes, and complex itineraries, you’ll deliver high-touch support to corporate travellers when they need it most. From flights and hotels to rail and reissues – you’ll take full ownership and provide fast, accurate, and reassuring service.

Part-Time Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant – What Experience Do I Need?

Minimum 5 years’ experience in business travel is essential

Strong GDS skills (Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus)

Confident managing ticketing, fare construction, and multi-sector itineraries

Able to work independently with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills

Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure

Part-Time Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant – What Else Do I Need to Know?

Contract: Part-time – 20 hours per week

Shift pattern: Monday and Wednesday, 6:00pm–9:00pm or Monday only, 6:00pm–Midnight

Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am–3:00pm (1-hour break included)

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Training: 4-week onboarding programme at the London HQ

Annual leave: 25 days per year (pro-rata)
