We’re now seeking a Housekeeping Team Member to join our evening Turndown Team, helping us deliver the exceptional standards and thoughtful details that make a stay at Rockliffe feel truly special.

The Role

There’s something different about a luxury hotel in the evening.

Guests return from dinner, the spa or an evening spent celebrating and find their room beautifully prepared for the night ahead.

Everything is exactly where it should be. The room feels calm, considered and welcoming.

That’s the experience you’ll help create.

Working between 5pm and 10pm, you’ll support our Housekeeping operation across the hotel, completing evening housekeeping duties, responding to guest requirements and ensuring bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas continue to look immaculate throughout the evening.

You’ll work closely with our Housekeeping team and colleagues across the resort to ensure every detail reflects the five-star experience our guests expect.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering our evening turndown service to beautifully prepare guest bedrooms for the night
• Refreshing bedrooms and bathrooms to our five-star standards
• Completing outstanding housekeeping requirements from the daytime operation
• Responding to evening guest requests with warmth, professionalism and efficiency
• Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation across guest and public areas
• Replenishing guest amenities and supplies where required
• Taking ownership of your allocated areas and ensuring they are beautifully presented
• Organising and replenishing stores and equipment ready for the next day
• Using products, amenities and resources thoughtfully while minimising waste
• Communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure a seamless handover and guest experience
• Maintaining the highest standards of safety, presentation and professionalism at all times

About You

You’ll be someone who notices when something isn’t quite right – and takes pride in putting it right.

You don’t necessarily need previous luxury hotel experience. What matters most is your attitude, your standards and your willingness to care about the details.

You’ll be:

Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience would be an advantage, but we’ll provide the training and support you need to understand our standards and deliver the Rockliffe experience.
