Rockliffe is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead all aspects of the guest journey in a luxury 5-star environment.

You will oversee Reception, Concierge, and Night teams, ensuring a personalised and seamless experience from pre-arrival to departure.

As a senior operational leader, you will drive service excellence, coach a high-performing team, and collaborate with Revenue Management to maximise ADR, occupancy, and guest spend while maintaining Forbes/LQA standards.
