Rockliffe, a five-star resort set on a 375-acre estate by the River Tees in Hurworth, Darlington, seeks a Concierge to join its Front of House team. You will deliver exceptional, intuitive, and personalised service, anticipate guest needs and curate memorable moments that reflect the highest standards of a luxury 5-star establishment.

As a key ambassador, you will manage guest arrivals and departures, arrange luxury dining reservations, VIP experiences, chauffeured transport, and travel itineraries.
