Housekeeping is at the heart of the five-star experience at Rockliffe. From the moment a guest opens the door to their room, every detail should feel considered. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you’ll take pride in creating that experience. You’ll be responsible for servicing allocated guest bedrooms and helping maintain the exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation expected throughout a five-star luxury resort.
Your day will include:
- Preparing and servicing guest bedrooms to our five-star standards
- Cleaning and presenting bedrooms and bathrooms beautifully
- Maintaining immaculate standards across guest and public areas
- Ensuring every room is welcoming, comfortable and ready for our guests
- Organising your equipment and supplies so you can work effectively throughout your shift
- Identifying anything that needs attention and communicating with the wider Housekeeping team
- Working alongside colleagues across the resort to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Taking pride in the small details that turn a beautifully clean room into a luxury experience
About You: Experience is welcome. Attitude is essential. You may already have housekeeping experience within a hotel or luxury environment, or you might be looking for an opportunity to begin your career in hospitality. Either way, we’re looking for people who care about doing things properly. You’ll have an eye for detail, high personal standards and take genuine satisfaction from seeing a room transformed and ready to welcome its next guest.
