About Us
Rockliffe Hall is an AA-rated 5 red star resort in the north of England and is set within 375 acres outside the village of Hurworth, near Darlington in County Durham. We aim to provide an outstanding personalised service to each guest who stays, spas, golfs and dines with us, acknowledging special occasions and making them memorable for all guests.
We are currently seeking a Spa Butler to join Team Rockliffe.
The Role
- To provide exceptional service to our guests and members experiencing the Spa.
- Ensure everyone who visits the spa is well informed about the use of facilities and they enjoy their time in a safe, clean and comfortable environment, leaving feeling relaxed and well cared for.
- Prepare, monitor and maintain the pool and changing areas.
- Replenish towels, soaps etc. and maintain to required level.
- Ensure the juice bar is stocked appropriately.
- Carry out regular quality checks in all areas, ensuring presentation standards are maintained at all times.
- Respond promptly and effectively to all guest and member requests and queries.
- Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge and use it to deliver the benefits of the product to the guests and members.
