Salary: £12.90 per hour

Hours: Fulltime - 40 hours per week. Early, mid and late shifts, 7 days per week, between 7am-11pm

Reports To: Head Concierge

Job Purpose: The Concierge is a distinguished ambassador of the hotel, responsible for delivering exceptional, intuitive, and personalised service to every guest. As a key member of the Front of House team, the role ensures a seamless luxury experience, anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations, and curating memorable moments that reflect the highest standards of a 5 star establishment.

Key Responsibilities of the Concierge:

  • Deliver a warm, gracious, and professional welcome and departure experience for all guests and visitors
  • Anticipate guest needs through observation and proactive engagement, delivering bespoke, personalised service
  • Luxury dining reservations
  • VIP experiences and exclusive events
  • Chauffeur and transport arrangements
  • Travel itineraries, private tours, and ticket procurement
  • Handle all guest requests with efficiency, discretion, and a solution-focused mindset
  • Consistently exceed guest expectations, creating memorable and unique experiences
  • Maintain complete knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and promotions
  • Maintain complete knowledge of local attractions, culture, and premium experiences
  • Ensure all guest interactions reflect polish, poise, and emotional intelligence
  • Provide flawless luggage handling with care, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Deliver a premium valet parking service
  • Work in seamless partnership with Reception, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and F&B
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, colleagues, and visitors
  • Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding guest information
