We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join us on the journey at Rockliffe Hall. Rockliffe Hall stands at a defining moment, with a landmark multimillion-pound transformation already underway. As Chef de Partie, you are familiar with working in a high-quality environment with the skills this type of environment demands. You will have a passion for quality ingredients and creative menus, and you will be able to organise yourself and exceed expectations whilst remaining focused and calm under pressure.

  • Someone to prepare all food using specification sheets to a high standard of presentation and quality.

  • An individual who can cook and present food to a high-quality standard.
  • An individual who can train, coach and aid the development of junior chefs within the kitchen.
