As Resort Membership Manager, you will lead the full membership journey across our prestigious golf and spa facilities, shaping an exceptional experience for every member of our resort. You will drive membership sales with confidence and precision, ensuring revenue targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy in forecasting, administration, and financial processes.

With a focus on growth, you will elevate our Corporate Membership offering, representing the resort at key networking opportunities and positioning our newly refurbished destination as the premier choice for luxury wellness and leisure.

Key Responsibilities of the Resort Membership Manager:

  • Host key member occasions including welcome events, corporate gatherings, and networking activities that strengthen community and loyalty.
  • Lead the growth of corporate memberships through strategic networking, targeted campaigns, and strong relationships with local and national partners.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure all membership communications, digital content, and promotional materials are accurate, polished, and aligned with the resort’s brand.
  • Oversee membership administration including fee communication, waiting lists, reporting, and coordination with finance to support smooth processes.
  • Support and guide colleagues involved in the membership journey, promoting a culture of excellence and ensuring consistent service standards.
  • Uphold the highest levels of confidentiality, data protection, and health and safety, ensuring all practices reflect the expectations of a luxury environment.
