Rockley is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for motivated, enthusiastic, and professional individuals to join our catering team at Buddens Outdoor Activity Centre in Dorset. Our staff are at the heart of everything we do, and as a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, delicious meals to our diverse range of residential clients.
As a Chef de Partie, you will work closely with a dedicated catering team to prepare and serve tasty, nutritious meals for school groups, uniformed organisations, and individual clients. Your role will be essential in ensuring that all our guests are well-fed and have an unforgettable experience during their stay.
Responsibilities- Assist in preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment
- Work collaboratively with the catering team to ensure smooth service
- Help to adapt menus and accommodate dietary requirements when necessary
- Uphold excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Experience in a busy kitchen, with at least 1 year in a commercial kitchen
- A positive and friendly attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass a DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
