Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client enquiries, from initial contact to event completion.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including rooming lists, catering, and special requests.
- Ensure all deadlines and client SLAs are met with precision.
- Negotiate the best possible rates for clients while maintaining margin targets.
- Confidently check contracts and scrutinise event details to ensure accuracy.
- Utilise booking tools efficiently (training provided).
- Follow up with clients post-event to understand future requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage invoicing and reconciliation processes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Stay up to date with industry trends by attending trade shows, supplier visits, and on-site inspections.

- Experience in venue finding and event coordination is not essential but advantageous
