We’re looking for an experienced integrated Marketing Manager to lead and deliver dynamic marketing strategies across a group of diverse businesses. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and delivering real commercial outcomes.
This is a hands-on role combining planning, execution, people mentoring and performance analysis—perfect for a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver tailored marketing plans for different business units
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, email, events, social, paid)
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategy
- Own campaign KPIs and analyse performance to drive future improvements
- Ensure strong brand presence across web, SEO, paid media, and content
- Work cross-functionally with sales, comms, and external partners
- Maintain website content and improve user journeys
- Drive customer engagement, reviews, and loyalty
- Report campaign performance to leadership, using data to optimise results
