The Opportunity

A well-established, multi-brand business is looking to appoint a Lifecycle Marketing Executive to play a key role in driving customer engagement and revenue through email and CRM activity. This is a high-impact role sitting within the digital marketing team, with ownership of lifecycle campaigns, customer journeys, and performance optimisation across multiple brands. You'll be joining a business with a strong customer base, a clear growth trajectory, and a real focus on data-led marketing.

The Role

You'll take ownership of email and lifecycle marketing activity end-to-end — from planning through to execution and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (primarily email)
  • Build, manage and optimise automated customer journeys
  • Drive segmentation and personalisation using customer data
  • Own campaign execution (briefing, testing, scheduling, deployment)
  • Analyse performance and deliver actionable insights
  • Lead A/B testing to improve engagement and ROI
  • Collaborate with digital, trading and brand teams
  • Ensure best practice across GDPR, deliverability and data compliance
  • Support continuous improvement of CRM platforms and processes

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4+ years' experience in email / CRM / lifecycle marketing
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, automation & segmentation
  • Experience with platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo or similar
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability
  • Experience delivering campaigns end-to-end
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
