We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy Lead Digital Creative Designer to join a growing marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead creative output across two brands — a market‑leader in their field. Each brand has a different personality and audience, giving you plenty of variety and creative challenge.
Working closely with the Marketing Director and senior leadership team, you’ll take ownership of the visual identity and creative direction of campaigns, helping deliver stand‑out, social‑first marketing that drives engagement, brand recognition and business growth. You’ll be joining a collaborative, friendly and fast‑paced environment, where creativity is encouraged and success is celebrated through regular team socials and quarterly internal awards.
The Role
As Lead Digital Creative Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the look and feel of campaigns across digital and print, ensuring the brands remain modern, distinctive and commercially effective. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the creative direction of social‑first brand and demand generation campaigns
- Designing high‑quality marketing assets across digital and print channels
- Creating visually engaging property marketing materials
- Bringing brands to life through photography and video direction
- Ensuring consistent, elevated and modern creative output across all marketing touchpoints
- Supporting improvements to website design and user experience in collaboration with the team
- Managing workflow and traffic within the marketing team to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Working closely with the Marketing Director, and senior stakeholders on campaign ideas and performance
- Collaborating with agency partners and freelancers to deliver cohesive creative work
- Applying insight from digital marketing performance (CPC, GA, SEO) to inform creative decisions
- Staying up to date with emerging design trends, automation tools and AI‑enabled creative workflows
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines creative flair with commercial awareness. You will likely have:
- Strong experience delivering digital‑first creative campaigns
- Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Canva
- A portfolio showcasing brand, campaign and digital design work
- Experience working with social media marketing content
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment
- Confidence presenting ideas and working with senior stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning
