We’re partnering with a well-established and growing events-led business that delivers high-impact experiences for major brands. They’re now looking to appoint a New Business Development Director to lead growth, shape commercial strategy and build long-term, high-value client relationships.
This role offers exceptional flexibility — both in working pattern and location — making it ideal for experienced sales leaders seeking autonomy without compromising impact.

You’ll take ownership of new business strategy and delivery, driving revenue growth while positioning the business as a leading partner within the events space.
Key responsibilities include:- Defining and executing a new business and growth strategy
- Securing high-value new clients and long-term partnerships
- Owning revenue targets, pipeline management and forecasting
- Collaborating with marketing and leadership teams to support brand positioning and lead generation
- Acting as a senior ambassador for the business at industry events and client meetings
- Providing commercial insight and performance reporting to senior leadership
- Supporting and mentoring business development colleagues, where required
- Proven experience in senior business development or sales leadership, ideally within events, hospitality or agency environments
- Track record of winning and growing high-value accounts
- Commercially astute, confident managing revenue, margin and pipeline
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to deal-making
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first environment
- Confident representing a business at industry events and client functions
- Flexible to travel and host client events as required (including occasional out-of-hours)
