The Role

You’ll take ownership of new business strategy and delivery, driving revenue growth while positioning the business as a leading partner within the events space.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Defining and executing a new business and growth strategy
  • Securing high-value new clients and long-term partnerships
  • Owning revenue targets, pipeline management and forecasting
  • Collaborating with marketing and leadership teams to support brand positioning and lead generation
  • Acting as a senior ambassador for the business at industry events and client meetings
  • Providing commercial insight and performance reporting to senior leadership
  • Supporting and mentoring business development colleagues, where required
About You
  • Proven experience in senior business development or sales leadership, ideally within events, hospitality or agency environments
  • Track record of winning and growing high-value accounts
  • Commercially astute, confident managing revenue, margin and pipeline
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to deal-making
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first environment
  • Confident representing a business at industry events and client functions
  • Flexible to travel and host client events as required (including occasional out-of-hours)
