The Role
You’ll own the email and SMS channel end-to-end and build high-performing campaigns and lifecycle programmes that support customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and optimising email and SMS marketing across the full customer lifecycle
- Building and improving campaigns and automated CRM flows
- Enhancing segmentation, personalisation and automation to maximise engagement and revenue
- Working closely with subscription, reviews and loyalty platforms to deliver a seamless customer experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day email marketing activity using Klaviyo, including planning, build, scheduling and reporting
- Creating high-quality email campaigns using templates or designing assets via Canva or Adobe
- Building and optimising CRM flows such as:
- Welcome and onboarding
- Browse and cart abandonment
- Post-purchase, replenishment and win-back
- VIP and subscription retention journeys
About You
- Proven experience in an email / CRM role within an eCommerce environment
- Strong hands‑on experience with Klaviyo
- Experience working with subscription, reviews and loyalty platforms (or close equivalents)
- Confident creating visual assets using Canva and/or Adobe
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, CRM automation and customer journeys
- Data‑driven, analytical and commercially minded
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong written communication skills
What’s On Offer
- 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (shorter days considered)
- 20 days holiday, plus an additional day per year (up to 26 days after 5 years)
- Birthday day off
- Hybrid working – 3 days office‑based, 2 days remote
