You’ll work closely with the senior team, reporting into the Operations & Commercial Director, in an environment known for trust, openness and collaboration.
The role offers a brilliant balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — ideal for someone at executive level who’s ready to step up, broaden their impact and be seen as a trusted marketing partner to the business.

- Own event strategy and delivery (7–10 events per year, virtual and in-person)

- Manage agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality, on-brand output
- Analyse performance and share insights with senior stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with remote partners and external collaborators
