Full-time - Remote

About us

Rockhunter is an architectural visualisation studio creating high-end CGI and visual content for Developers and Architects. Our team of artists and coordinators work across multiple projects at any one time, and we care about keeping things clear, organised, and enjoyable to work on.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments and making sure the studio runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The role

We’re looking for a Studio Coordinator to help keep our studio organised, structured, and running smoothly day to day. You’ll make sure our internal information is accurate, our systems are up to date, and communication across the studio stays clear and consistent. You’ll be the person who helps ensure nothing gets lost, things are easy to find, and the studio stays well organised. This is a coordination and support role — ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a creative studio without needing to lead projects or make operational decisions.

We are a completely remote company with team members located throughout the UK and Europe. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Studio Manager who can help keep our creative engine running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as the main custodian of our HubSpot CRM; keeping client records, data, and pipelines accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinating logistics, timings, and site access permissions for external contractors, photographers, and surveyors.
  • Keeping studio systems, trackers, and information up to date and well organised.
  • Supporting day-to-day studio organisation and communication flow.
  • Helping maintain clarity across internal tools and shared documentation.
  • Supporting onboarding for new team members (set-up, access, organisation).
  • Keeping studio resources such as licences, tools, and subscriptions organised.
  • Event organisation for both client and social get-togethers.
  • Helping ensure internal communication is clear, structured, and easy to follow.
  • Supporting general studio administration and organisation tasks.

What we’re looking for

  • Highly organised and detail-focused.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
  • Calm, reliable, and consistent in your approach.
  • Comfortable working with a CRM (ideally HubSpot) or possessing a strong aptitude for learning data management tools quickly.
  • Good communicator who enjoys helping things run smoothly.
  • Confident using tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in a studio, agency, or creative environment is helpful, but not essential.
  • Most importantly, you take pride in keeping things structured, clear, and well organised behind the scenes.

What this role is not

To keep things clear, this role does not involve:

  • Managing projects or deadlines.
  • Allocating work or resources.
  • Making operational or business decisions.
  • Leading studio processes or strategy.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a close-knit, passionate team that cares deeply about craft and collaboration.
  • Opportunity to shape studio processes and have a genuine impact on how we work.
  • Health Insurance.
  • WFH set-up grant.
  • Three annual get-togethers (minimum).
  • Supportive, friendly environment with room to grow.

How to Apply

Please send your CV and a short cover letter explaining why you’d be a great fit. Due to the exceptionally high volume of applications, we are only able to respond to successful candidates. No agencies, please.
