About Us: We are a remote architectural visualisation studio specialising in high-quality planning and design visuals. Our work supports architects, developers, and planners by clearly communicating design intent through accurate, well-crafted 3D imagery and real-time presentations. The Role: We are looking for a Junior Planning Visualiser to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a strong 3D modeller at an early stage of their career who is keen to develop their skills in architectural visualisation and real-time workflows. You will work closely with senior visualisers and project leads to produce accurate 3D models and planning visuals, contributing to both traditional offline workflows and Unreal Engine projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate architectural and context models for planning and design visuals
- Build and manage clean, efficient 3D assets primarily in 3ds Max
- Prepare models for use in Unreal Engine, including basic optimisation and organisation
- Assist with planning visuals such as massing models, context studies, and design iterations
- Interpret architectural drawings, CAD files, and reference material accurately
- Respond to feedback and revisions in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate remotely with the wider team using shared project workflows
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong 3D modelling skills with a solid understanding of architectural forms and scale
- Working knowledge of 3ds Max (modelling is essential)
- Working knowledge of Unreal Engine and real-time workflows
- Working knowledge of the Adobe suite
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations)
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable communication skills in a remote working environment
- A portfolio demonstrating architectural or planning-related 3D work
