The role involves working closely with department heads and operational teams—such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance—to implement operational improvements, test new processes, provide training, and ensure smooth transition of projects into live operations. They will lead the practical handover of completed projects, including documentation, training, and embedding improvements into daily operations.
