My client is one of only 2 true Independent Pub Restaurants opening in March in the most stunning spot in Exeter on the Cathedral Green! This is the opposite of corporate or a chain this really is unique and will soon make waves as the place to go in the West Country for wonderful food, drink and atmosphere! This is a hugely exciting time to be joining this new opening and I am a looking for a brilliant upbeat energic character to take on the Opening as General Manager, where people will soon want to come and experience the restaurant because of the reputation that you have created! We need someone who really does just love being a people pleaser and has a personality that is instantly warm and friendly and makes guests feel so welcome.
I cannot stress enough that the family who own this new venture are so lovely and supportive and you will be well looked after. In return we need someone who has the gravitas and leadership skills to inspire and drive a fun and upbeat young team, creating a fun but driven environment!
You need to know what good looks like in terms of food and drink and be confident and engaging. All ingredients for the menu are sourced locally and the venue boasts a state of the art wood fired pizza oven alongside their signature seasonal dishes. There is accommodation offered with the role on the Cathedral Green so really a perfect role for someone who is a fit..
