Role information

My client is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to support, develop and grow customer accounts in the region. The role is primarily internally based; therefore applicants will need to be within commutable distance to the area, which is the east side of Nottinghamshire and the west side of Lincolnshire. It is envisaged that the successful candidate would graduate into field sales or product support within 12–18 months, making this a strong career opportunity.

Part of a large organisation, this company specialises in the distribution of earthmoving and construction machinery into the construction, waste/scrap, aggregate/quarrying, mining, demolition and related industries.

Salary

Up to 30K basic salary to start with, with a strong commission scheme offering high earning potential of around 40K in the first year. The role includes benefits such as a pension and paid holiday entitlement, with fast-track career progression as a major bonus.

You will be a strong communicator who thrives on a challenge and can work well under pressure in a busy, target-driven environment.
