The predicted salary is between 11 - 14 £ per hour.

Salary starting at £12.71p/h, increasing following probationary period.

Hours: 07.45am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 07.45am - 12.45pm Friday, 1 Friday off every 4 weeks!

Description & Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate weave machinery, ensuring weaving activities are carried out in accordance with AQ Wiring Systems Rockford Quality and health and safety procedures.
  • Manufacture high-quality woven cable with precision.
  • Work flexibly between production, inspection and test departments, dependent on current business needs.
  • Keep machines running smoothly and solve problems.
  • Work with unique equipment and specialist processes.
  • Ensure good housekeeping and 5S is maintained in work areas and actively support any new 5S initiatives.
  • To maintain skills by continuing professional development to meet future requirements as required.
  • To support and effectively embrace changes to standards, policies, processes and products and positively adapt to change.
