Description & Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate weave machinery, ensuring weaving activities are carried out in accordance with AQ Wiring Systems Rockford Quality and health and safety procedures.
- Manufacture high-quality woven cable with precision.
- Work flexibly between production, inspection and test departments, dependent on current business needs.
- Keep machines running smoothly and solve problems.
- Work with unique equipment and specialist processes.
- Ensure good housekeeping and 5S is maintained in work areas and actively support any new 5S initiatives.
- To maintain skills by continuing professional development to meet future requirements as required.
- To support and effectively embrace changes to standards, policies, processes and products and positively adapt to change.
