About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will:

Support the General Manager day to day and take ownership of the business in their absence

Lead the way in delivering an exceptional guest experience

Mentor and support the the team in their training and career development

Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
