The Role
You will be preparing the restaurant by ensuring cleanliness is to a high standard and ready for guests. Hours to be agreed with the Restaurant Manager, with work to be completed by opening time at mid‑day.
In return for your hard work, you will receive a fair share of all tronc and gratuities, which can be up to an extra £2‑3 per hour.
