The Role
As Manager in Training, you will support the General Manager in creating a restaurant environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating, training and leading by example. You will coach your team to fulfil their full potential ensuring you and your team embrace our core values, ‘Care, Community and Connection’.
As a new Rockfish Manager in Training, you will be supported by a structured training plan, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us.
You will be required to supervise the serving of alcohol.
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in operations and team management.
- Coach and develop staff to meet performance standards.
- Ensure training plan is followed and employees embrace core values.
- Supervise alcohol service.
Qualifications
- At least one year’s experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar restaurant environment.
- Flexible approach to working hours, able to support the business when it’s at its busiest.
