Assistant Manager in Training – Coastal Restaurant Leader in Exeter

Rockfish Exeter is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to join our team at Exeter Quays, overlooking the water near the Exeter Cookery School. You will support the General Manager, lead by example and coach the FOH team to deliver exceptional service.
