An amazing opportunity has arisen for a General Manager to lead the opening team at our beautiful new Rockfish restaurant in the stunning coastal town of Dartmouth.
Rockfish, led by Mitch Tonks, founder and CEO, is a unique seafood business that catches, processes and serves local seafood at 11 restaurants across Devon and Dorset. We care about our people, our hospitality, and the environment – which means serving sustainable seafood and supporting our local communities. We proudly serve MSC-certified sustainable seafood, landed fresh daily from Brixham Fish Market and delivered the same day to our restaurants.
As a General Manager, you will:
- Have demonstrable experience at Assistant Manager or General Manager level
- Love people, great seafood, and the coast as much as we do
- Lead with passion, integrity, and true hospitality
- Understand how to run a smooth, successful business
- Lead and support a passionate, committed, high-performance team in delivering unforgettable guest experiences
